One of the scariest parts of doing festivals and catering is making sure everything arrives safely without spilling, especially our Taho! 🥹
Our silken soy is made in house and transporting it is always nerve wracking because the quality and texture are so delicate.
So that first scoop after travelling, unloading and setting everything up? When you see that the Taho is still silky, smooth and perfect. 😮💨❤️
That’s the kind of relief only a Filipino dessert maker down under would understand. 🇵🇭✨

We promise this SZN there is no gatekeeping, so here is our hot take.
This is the longest queue we had today.
To be completely honest, it was neither a good nor a bad day for us. We’ve definitely had worse days but what was disappointing was simply the amount of crowd this year.
There just weren’t enough people for the number of vendors and the space looked quite empty and sad for most of the day.
I genuinely hope all the other vendors were still able to make some sales and, in some way, went home feeling satisfied.
We know how physically and mentally hard it can be for stallholders when a festival is either extremely busy or painfully quiet.
For us, it’s on to the next festival.
And as always we truly appreciate every single person who showed up, supported us, bought from us said hello or simply stopped by today.
But more than that, thank you for supporting not just us but every small business that showed up today and gave it their all. ❤️
