What we appreciate about The Hon.Anoulack Chanthivong MP is the story behind the person.anoulackchanthivong

Growing up in our local community and helping his family business after school and on weekends, while pursuing his education, building a professional career and eventually taking on ministerial responsibilities in NSW is a journey shaped by family, hard work and opportunity.

And through it all, Macarthur has remained home. Today, he is raising his own family in the community where he grew up.

We particularly admire that connection to his roots. Having grown up around a small business, he understands the long hours, sacrifices and determination that sit behind every small business dream.

So receiving such a thoughtful message from Minister Anoulack Chantivong on Alkalizer’s 10th anniversary feels especially meaningful.

Dear Alkalizer family ,

When Rishi and I first dreamed of Alkalizer all those years ago, we had a simple vision , to bring something different to our region. An innovative wellness eatery inspired by the philosophy of alkalinity, where beautiful food, wellness and heartfelt hospitality could come together.

Little did we know that this dream would bring us something far more precious than we ever imagined.

A community. A family. A place of belonging.
Today, as we celebrate 10 years of Alkalizer, my heart is overflowing with love and gratitude.

When I reflect on this journey, one thought stands above everything else.

PEOPLE BELIEVING IN PEOPLE.

The incredible people who have walked through our doors, supported our dreams, believed in our ideas and become such a beautiful part of our lives.

To our extraordinary Alkalizer team, past and present you are the heart and soul of everything we do.

Some of you joined us as students, taking your first steps into the workforce. Some have grown into remarkable leaders. And all of you have contributed to making Alkalizer what it is today.

Through the early mornings, late nights, endless catering orders, busy weekends and all the beautiful chaos in between, you have shown resilience, kindness, dedication and so much heart.

Watching you grow has been one of the greatest privileges of this journey.

And then there is our beautiful Campbelltown and Macarthur community.

You have stood beside us through the celebrations and the challenges, especially during those uncertain COVID years when your encouragement, kindness and support helped keep our dream alive.

We will never forget that.

Over the years, Alkalizer has grown from a wellness eatery into so much more premium catering, corporate events, private celebrations and wonderful opportunities across Sydney.

Along the way, we created SWADISHT, a celebration of culture, food and togetherness that has now completed five beautiful years, and experiences such as The Ayurvedic Table, sharing our passion for wellness and connection.

But beyond the growth, the achievements and the milestones, our greatest success has always been the people.

The friendships that have become family.

The familiar faces who return year after year.

The young people who have grown with us.

The trust you have placed in us.

The moments and celebrations you have invited us to share.

These are the things that truly matter.

Alkalizer is, and always will be, a Campbelltown and Macarthur story. And I couldn’t be prouder of that.

To our amazing team, our families, our friends, our customers and the extraordinary community that has embraced us ❣️thank you from the bottom of my heart.

And to Rishi and my children, thank you for sharing this dream, walking this journey with me and believing in all my ideas even the slightly crazy ones! ❤️

Ten years ago, we set out to create something different.

Today, I realise that together, we have created something far more meaningful.

A business became a place of belonging.

A team became a family.

And a dream became ten beautiful years of people believing in people.

As we look towards the next chapter, I know there will be more dreams, more adventures and probably a few more challenges. But surrounded by such extraordinary people, I truly believe the best is yet to come.

Rishi and I may have started Alkalizer, but all of YOU have made it what it is today.

And for that, we will be forever grateful.
