How has it already been a month!!🥹
What started as a little weekend bake sale to introduce our new drinks has turned into something we’ve completely fallen in love with.
The cookies, the scrolls, the cakes, the matchas, the cold brews… creating it all each week has honestly been so much fun. And the response from you all has meant everything.
So we’ve decided — it’s here to stay 🤎
Our bake sale is now a permanent part of our Bondi store, every Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
We’re still a small bakery, everything is handmade in small batches, and yes we’re working on getting the quantities right (it’s trickier than it looks). Thank you for your patience while we figure it out.
To everyone who has come by, sent a message, shared, or supported us in any way- thank you. truly.
It’s such a simple thing, but being able to make something with our hands and know it brings a little bit of joy to someone’s day… that’s not something we take lightly.
It really is an honour 🫶🏻

WEEKEND RECAP 🧚♀️❤️🔥🍪🍓🍵🍫 after a wild weekend I wanted to say a huge thank you for the love and support you’ve shown our bake sale Bondi!!
On Saturday we sold out of our cinnamon scrolls which was crazy… and then we sold out of scrolls, cookies and cakes on Sunday, which I still can’t believe 🥹
Thank you to everyone who came down, I can’t express how much it means to mum, the team and I 🤎
We will be back in the bakery baking up a storm this Friday to Sunday (and yes we are better prepared to have even more delicious cookies and scrolls for you).

It’s with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beautiful mum and nonna, Giuseppina 🤍🪽
If you’ve followed us for a while, you’ll know how much she meant to us and how she was always by our side— especially behind the scenes at Coco & Bean.
Strong, hardworking, and endlessly loving, she was always there when we needed her. From cutting ribbon and bubble wrap, to making boxes (which she took very seriously), and cooking the best homemade meals after long days at work; and she did it all with so much care and love.
She taught us the meaning of dedication, resilience, the value of family, and the importance of chasing our dreams- no matter how big they seemed.
We love you more than we can ever put into words. We’re going to miss you a lot.
