Thai with a view.

Bold flavours and a table overlooking the water, our Betel Leaf menu takes inspiration from Thailand and across Asia. Designed by Executive Chef Perry Hill to be shared by friends and family over long, lazy afternoons in the Balmoral sunshine.

Think zesty prawn salads piled high with fresh herbs and crispy shallots, satay skewers smothered in rich sauce and crushed peanuts, and a glass of something chilled while the beach does its thing below.
