Young Hospitality: A Seat at the Table, proudly presented by OpenTable and Square.

As part of the upcoming SingleThread Residency at Bathers' Pavilion, we're once again creating an opportunity to support and celebrate the next generation of hospitality talent.

For one special lunch during the residency, ten emerging hospitality professionals under 30 will be invited to experience the full 10-course SingleThread menu, with exclusive behind-the-scenes access and the chance to meet Chef Kyle Connaughton, alongside members of both the SingleThread and Bathers' Pavilion teams.

Open to chefs, front-of-house, and wine and beverage staff, this initiative is built on a shared commitment to fostering learning, connection and mentorship within our industry.

This generous initiative has been made possible thanks to the support of our hospitality technology partners, OpenTable and Square.
