Just a few months ago, Johann and Vianney took a leap of faith with Ganache.

We didn’t quite make it to the ski slopes this winter… but judging by the last 2 nights, we had a lot more fun right here in Castlecrag 🎿🤍🇫🇷

Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported local and helped create such a wonderful atmosphere. This is exactly the kind of community spirit we hoped to build.

And… watch out something cool is coming in 6 weeks…. 🇫🇷

Seeing the community come together like this last night was pretty special 🤍

A lot of work, love and teamwork went on behind the scenes with our local neighbours (Bar 81, Moya and Castlecrag Meats) to create this little Après-Ski atmosphere… and seeing everyone enjoying themselves made it all worth it 🎿🎶✨

Castlecrag, this one is all about bringing the community together ❄️🤍

Next weekend (29th & 30th of May), a few local friends are joining forces to create a cosy Après-Ski atmosphere right here in the village.

We'll be serving French crêpes and warm hot chocolate, while our neighbours at Bar 81 and Phil, your local butcher will be bringing their own delicious surprises to the evening.

And from 5PM, the village comes alive with a live DJ outside Bar 81 😉🎶

Join us from 4PM onwards at Ganache (3PM for the others) on the 29 & 30 May.

Soft brioche soaked in rhum syrup, passionfruit coulis, vanilla cream and fresh lime zest.

Well… what a weekend 😅💗

A huge thank you to everyone who came in, ordered, waited patiently and supported us this Mother’s Day weekend. The kitchen has been absolutely flat out and we really hope you all enjoyed the food and pastries as much as we loved making them 🇫🇷✨

Seeing your messages, feedback and happy faces every day honestly keeps us going, so thank you for all the love.

Now it’s probably fair to say… we deserve some sleep 😂
