OMG Penrith Fam ๐
Important stuff first โ I wonโt be shutting down or taking a break. Weโll be open the same days and hours ongoing so youโll be able to get your favourite donuts without any disruption. ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝNow, onto the sad part โ after two years, Iโve made the decision to list OMG Donuts Penrith for sale. As my regulars know, OMG isnโt my only business and itโs been tough balancing my full-time tech/automation consultancy plus family, health, and leisure. As much as I love the smiles my donuts create, nothing beats the feeling of giving business owners and workers hours of their lives back to spend with their families. ๏ฟฝ
As for OMG, weโve gone from marquees and markets, to a fixed store in 2 years. As a process optimisation expert โ Iโve made it as easy as possible to operate and run for a solo operator (or with a few helping hands on the ever increasing busy days).
Opening the store was my way to keep it running without the setup and pack down time.
Due to time constraints, thereโs so much opportunity with OMG that I havenโt had time for - Iโve been passing on opportunities for markets, festivals, private bookings, fundraisers, and more. ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝIf youโre interested in working for yourself, reach out for a chat. We're after a friendly, reliable donut-lover available Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays โ part-time or casual. It's a fun and easy job, with plenty of downtime.
You'll get to work closely with the Lou (the owner) to learn the ropes and there's potential for profit share for the right person. You don't need to be available every weekend, but having the ability to cover a full Friday to Sunday when Lou is away is important.
There is also potential to take OMG Penrith's mobile events and private bookings for added income which we currently pass-on to other regions to cover.
Key Requirements:
- Friendly and outgoing
- Ability to work independently and follow strict food safety protocols.
- Generally available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Able to lock-in weekend work dates 1-2 months ahead of time.

๐ OMG! Decadent Donuts has won silver in Australia's Best Cinnamon Donut at the National Bakery Awards.
The win came in a blind tasting judged by chefs, where our cinnamon donut was tasted alongside traditional bakery donuts filled with gluten and other allergens โ and came out with this massive achievement.
That's right. A donut that's free from gluten, dairy, egg, wheat, yeast, nuts and sulphites beat conventional donuts on taste alone.
โก Proof that nobody should have to compromise on flavour to enjoy great food. โฌ

This one hurts, as it's our first review EVER that wasn't 5/5 stars.
I'm happy though โ because it's not about our donuts (how could it be?!).
This person was unhappy with me on FB marketplace and found our business. If you're after the story, go check out the review reply. Those who've met me know I'm not rude, although, I think our donuts are so good that I could be rude and we'd still get 5 stars. I'm not ready to test this theory yet. ๐

World Donut Day made our entire weekend something special!
This was our biggest fundraiser yet! Together we sold over 1,000 donuts and raised $528 for The Haven - Nepean Women's Shelter.
That's 50ยข from every single donut, plus 100% of our drizzle sales, going straight to support local women and kids in our community. We're so grateful to every single one of you who stopped by.
