Some pieces just need someone to notice them. 🌸
We brought this little rose painting home because we loved its quiet charm—and now it’s ready for a new chapter.
Pink roses spill from a glass vase against a softly shadowed grey backdrop. Signed H. Rogerson on the front and marked “Rogerson 9/75” on the reverse, it has a story that reaches back to September 1975.
We’ve kept it in its original tiered timber frame, complete with its woven liner and fine gold details. At just 38.5 × 28.5 cm framed, it feels right at home on a dressing table, bedroom dresser or small console.
We believe beautiful things deserve to be discovered and enjoyed again. This one is ready to find its next home.

At The Piccola Edit, our love of Italian craftsmanship begins with ceramics that are handcrafted and hand-painted in Italy, including joyful majolica pieces inspired by the colours, traditions and unmistakable spirit of la dolce vita.
Now, we’re expanding our edit to include something special: a thoughtfully curated collection of vintage, collectable and pre-loved treasures.
Some pieces will be newly handcrafted by Italian artisans. Others will have a history, a little character and a story waiting to continue in a new home.
