The Brothers Cafe Sydney 🥞 darling square
black sesame mochi soufflé pancake — so soft it wobbles, mochi on top for the chewiest bite, strong black sesame flavour i can’t stop thinking about🤍will come back to try all the other flavors ~
also tried the prawn omelette on croissant, the avoyama (that egg yolk 😍), matcha strawberry cream latte + taro ube latte — solid brunch spot all round, (be careful of the long queue in weekend mornings …) will be back!

A visit to The Brothers Cafe Sydney ❤️
I finally tried the viral mochi pancakes and I can definitely see the hype. They’re sooo soft and fluffy, with the black sesame mochi adding the perfect chewy texture and delicious nutty flavour. Every bite was honestly SO good.
What we got:

✔️ Halloumi rice bowl
✔️ Black sesame mochi pancake

Darling Square brunch just got a little sweeter 🥞🤎
I visited The Brothers Cafe Sydney and tried their Black Sesame Pancakes — and they were SO fluffy! 🥞✨ The rich black sesame flavour was perfectly balanced, making every bite so delicious.
We also tried some of their other dishes, and honestly, everything was so good! Definitely one to add to your Sydney brunch list 📍
