Meet Ethiopia, Adorsi: a fruit-forward lot from Yirgacheffe, produced by farmers from Aricha, Idido and Gersi. Grown under native shade trees in the region's cool climate, the coffee is naturally processed and slowly dried with plenty of care along the way.

Grown on the slopes of Mt. Kenya and processed at Thaita Factory, this lot brings together the work of around 800 smallholder farmers from the Inoi Cooperative Society.
Expect everything we love about a classic Kirinyaga coffee: vibrant acidity, layered sweetness and plenty of complexity.
