The closest train station is Green Square Station, which is on the Airport Line, and from there it's a 20-25 minute walk or a short bus ride to Danks Street. The bus routes that stop near Danks Street include the 343, 301, 302, and M20.

If you prefer to drive and park, there are several parking options available on Danks Street and nearby streets. There is street parking available on both sides of Danks Street, but it can be limited during peak hours. Alternatively, there are paid parking lots nearby located at Wilson Parking Moore Park Supa Centre (2A Todman Ave), Wilson Parking Danks Street Plaza (28 Danks St), etc.
