Hello 2026.
From tomorrow, our team is back on deck, easing out of holiday mode together and finding our rhythm again. There’s something special about this time: the first roasts of the year, familiar routines returning, and the buzz of getting back to what we love.
If you’ve been quietly keeping track of how many brews are left in your coffee jars, we’re back at it. Roasting, packing, and sending coffee your way again. Not-so-subtle hint - now is a great time to place your order online.
And truly - thank you. To everyone who kept us in their cups (and carts) over the break, your support gave us the chance to rest, reset, and come back with full cups (pun totally intended).
For our Brew bar crew, we can’t wait to see your smiling faces from this Thursday Jan 15.
We’re grateful to be starting another year with you all. Here’s to good things ahead — thoughtful brews, shared moments, and another year of showing up for the everyday rituals that matter.

For the coffees shared, the conversations, and the moments in between.
Whether you’ve stopped by the roastery, brewed Goliath at home or poured our coffee in your café - you’ve been a big part of our year, and we’re so grateful.
Our family-run roastery in Sydney’s South West has grown in so many meaningful ways this year, and none of it happens without the support of our community - from every visit and order, to the friends you’ve sent our way.
To our café families, industry buddies and our suppliers - thank you for trusting us, it means the world. We’re honoured to work alongside you, some of the most passionate, dedicated people we’ve ever known.

LAST CALL // Today is our final day in the Brew Bar for 2025. We’d love to see you before we clock off for our summer break.
Think of it as one more excuse to grab a coffee, stay for a chat, or stock up on beans or gifts for the holidays.
The Roastery + Brew Bar will be closed from 21 December to 14 January, and we’ll fire the machine back up on Thursday 15 January.
