MUST HAVE ATLEAST HELD TWO YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A CAFE CHEF/COOK TO CONSIDER FOR THE JOB.
We are looking for friendly and outgoing person, who are full of energy, love to engage with people and have strong people values. You must have a strong work ethic and be committed to delivering exceptional food and customer service. You must be able to operate with attention to detail in both busy and quiet periods.
Skills & Experience Required:
· A strong passion for food and Confidence to manage a busy Kitchen
· Catering experience preferred
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills
· A strong work ethic and lead by example
· Exceptional menu knowledge
· Experience in a fast-paced environment
· Work efficiently in a calm and measured manner
· Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
· Knowledge of OH&S and Food Safety Standards
