Spiced Pumpkin Cavatelli.
It starts with the sweetness of slow-cooked Japanese Kent pumpkin. Our handmade low-GI Cavatelli is designed to absorb the flavours around it, paired with a changing selection of heirloom vegetables according to what’s at its best from our growers.
A vegetable nage is reduced to concentrate those flavours, with a few drops of first-pressed lemon olive oil to finish.
A dish driven by seasonality, sustainability and today’s market.

Savoiardi soaked in Patron XO café, Toschi Nocello, and Monochrome espresso, layers of vanilla mascarpone, Valrhona cocoa, finished with a chocolate tuile. Best enjoyed when not driving.

Take the train to Circular Quay Station and exit towards Alfred Street. From there, walk towards George Street and turn left. Continue walking until you reach the Australia Square building.
Driving/Parking:
From any direction, follow the signs to the Sydney CBD and enter via either the Harbour Bridge or Tunnel. Once in the city, head towards George Street and then turn into Bond Street. The entrance to Australia Square Car Park is on your right-hand side.
