Ormeggio’s newest signature has arrived. first perfected this iconic “alla Rossini” at the three Michelin star Gualtiero Marchesi, where it became one of his all time favourites, bringing together luxurious flavours and refined technique.

Now, it’s reimagined at Ormeggio with dry aged Tajima Wagyu tenderloin, polenta brioche, wilted spinach, foie gras and truffle jus, a reflection of our new chapter and the balance of land and sea.
