Today, we say goodbye.
After countless memories, laughter, late nights, and beautiful moments shared, Chez VJ’s is officially closing its doors.
We want to thank every single person who walked through our doors — whether you came for a coffee, a show, a meal, a hug, or just to feel at home. You made this place special. You made it family.
It’s been an incredible journey because of you. Your love, your support, your stories — they are what built Chez VJ’s into what it became. And for that, we are forever grateful.
Though the doors are closing, the spirit of Chez VJ’s lives on in every memory we've created together. Thank you for being part of our story.
We’ll see you around — this isn’t goodbye, it’s just see you later.

Dear Friends,
After 14 incredible years—beginning as Vostro and continuing as Chez VJ’s—I’m writing with a heavy heart to let you know that we will no longer be operating at Menai Marketplace as of April 29th.
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to our local community, loyal customers, friends, family and our amazing staffs. Your unwavering support, encouragement, and kindness have meant the world to us.
Wow, what an incredible journey it’s been—14 years filled with unforgettable experiences and the joy of getting to know so many amazing people. It was truly worth every moment of the 14 years of my life.
I would like to specially thank HOMECo. for their incredible support in the reopening of Vostro – re-born as Chez Vj’s.
To all Elvis ‘Steve King’, Joe De Francesco, and Mauritian Entertainment Legends, I’ve brought to life: I promise you, I’ll be back.
Let’s keep the magic alive.
