We finally have some clarity on when we can have guests in our homes:
October 11 (70% Vax) - 5 guests
October 18/25 (80% Vax) - 10 guests
December 1 - PARTY TIME
Over lock down Anna Lou’s Kitchen has been busy revamping its menu’s and trying new dishes, have celebrated a couple of special events and have even being doing a bit of house painting, which has made my husband very happy
It’s time to start planning those put off celebrations or even a party just to celebrate life ......I would love to help you !!!

Lasts nights dessert and a new addition to the Anna Lou’s Kitchen Menu, Honey Panna cotta with Strawberry Compote and Meringue Shards.
Now that we can have 50 guests in our home again it’s time to plan that long overdue celebration !!!

I love finishing off a Dinner Party with my Trio of desserts. This time the client chose a traditional French combination, a deconstructed brandy snap basket with honey macadamia ice cream , profiteroles with Creme Patissiere and of course a Citron Tart... nothing left on the plates !
