🇵🇭 JOELLA ‘SISIG' the filling you all enjoy in our ‘SISIG-BAOS’ 🍙
♨️ We’ve created a combination of a popular Filipino dish 'Sisig' filled in a plain bao bun to make a delicious side snack!🤤
❔️WHAT IS SISIG❔️
Sisig is a Filipino dish made from parts of a pig's face and belly, and chicken liver which is usually seasoned with calamansi, onions, and chili peppers.
🤔 Though in modern times, JoElla have gone for a more accepted version to cater to the western culture by using 'pork belly' lol 🍖😆

❔️WHAT IS BISTEK❔️
Bistek, also known as bistek tagalog or karne frita, is a Filipino dish consisting of thinly-sliced beefsteak braised in soy sauce, calamansi juice, garlic, ground black pepper, and onions cut into rings.
It is a common staple in the Tagalog and Western Visayan regions of the Philippines. It is eaten over white rice, though to innovate items in modern times we've put this popular dish in our plain baos! :D

To reach the food stall/stand on Sunnholt Road in Sydney, there are a few options for transportation.
Public transport:
- Take the train to Blacktown Station and hop on Bus 756 or Bus 751 towards Rouse Hill. Get off at "Sunnholt Rd Before Tallagandra Dr" bus stop and walk a few minutes to reach the destination.
- Alternatively, you can take the train to Norwest Station and then board Bus 607X towards Rouse Hill. Get off at "Sunnholt Road Near Jordan Springs Boulevard" bus stop and walk a few minutes to the location.
Driving/parking:
- If driving from Sydney CBD, take M2 and then exit onto Windsor Rd towards Rouse Hill. Turn left onto Tallawong Rd followed by a right turn onto Sunnholt Rd.
- The food stall/stand is located near residential areas, so there may be street parking available nearby, but it may also be limited. It's best to arrive early to secure a spot or consider using public transport instead.
