Hi Chefs!
We are setting up a second venue and have had a reshuffle of roles within our team. We are looking for a Sous or Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen at BXB. This role would be suited to someone who is eager to start managing services with the support of an established team within a creative kitchen. You will be working closely with our Head Chef/Owner Ben ~ ex. St John (London) WD~50 (NYC) Ester & Freds’s (Syd)
The role will assist in maintaining standards & consistency of menu. Manage organisation & cleanliness and aspects which help in the running of the kitchen. You will be working alongside 1 x CDP, 1 x junior Chef and 1 x kitchenhand.
Our menu is modern Vietnamese with classic French cooking techniques. There is opportunity for creative input on menu ideas as we have a focus on seasonality & nose to tail philosophies. Interest in whole pig butchery and secondary cuts is a bonus.
We really love & aim to support local suppliers and producers across our food and beverage offering.
