Our time in Mount Colah is wrapping up, and this Saturday, March 14th is officially our final service. We aren’t slipping away quietly—we’re spending our last few days slinging those monster Pitmaster’s Burgers, juicy short ribs, and the Wagyu MB7+ brisket you guys crave. 🍔🤤

After two incredible years on the Pacific Highway, it’s time for one last ride. This Saturday, March 14th, we’ll be closing the doors to this location for the final time.
But we aren't going out quietly. We’re firing up the smokers for one last week of low-and-slow perfection. 🔥 Our brisket has been a labour of love from day one—trimmed by hand, smoked for hours, and served melt-in-your-mouth tender just for you. 🥩🍖
This is your final opportunity to sink your teeth into the masterpiece that started it all. We’re going all out for our final shifts:

Smoke Shack Family ❤️
After two incredible years, we will be closing our Mount Colah location Saturday March 14 due to ongoing issues with the property and other factors outside our control.
This place was never just a restaurant for us.
It became a place where people gathered, celebrated, laughed, and shared great food together.
The support from this community over the past two years has meant everything to us. Truly.
But this is not the end of Smoke Shack BBQ.
We are currently working on a new and much bigger chapter, and we will be back stronger.
Until then, this week (Wednesday to Saturday) will be your last chance to grab a Smoke Shack bite at this location.
