Delight Treats requires a minimum notice of 3 weeks for birthday cakes and cupcakes, and one month notice for wedding cakes, but depending on availability and existing orders, they may be able to accept orders at shorter notice. A 50% deposit is required to confirm an order, with the balance due 2 days prior to collection. Prices are non-negotiable, and the final cost will depend on the size, number of servings required, and complexity of the design. Cancellations are discouraged, but if necessary, immediate contact is advised. If cancellation occurs less than 4 days prior to the collection date, no refund will be given. All orders are to be picked up from Delight Treats' premises at a prearranged date and time only. They do not take responsibility for any damage that may occur during transportation.
