Three cheeses, zero restraint.
A slow-stirred risotto that leans all the way in. Creamy, nutty with toasted hazelnut, lifted by fresh herbs and cut through with a slick of 10-year-aged balsamic.
Risotto, a damn good classic (with a Gowings twist).

Mardi Gras is near. QT Ecstatica enters the chat: two weeks of music, cocktails, q***r brilliance, and chaos, making mischief official this Friday 13 Feb.
First stop? Gowings Ecstatica Sips N' Snacks, 3pm to 6pm. Come for $10 Absolut cocktails, $5 caviar snacks (no, seriously) and a DJ line up every Wed to Fri that turns “one quick drink” into a change of plans.
This is just round one. More incoming.
Love QT 💜

Happy hour that hits like a New York night.
Gowings Bar pours Sips N’ Snacks: $10 sips, $5 snacks, and one very good reason to cancel whatever came next. Snacks are small, decisive, and made to keep the afternoon moving.
For those who don’t like choices, The Filthy Good Trio does it for you — cheeseburger, fries and a filthy sip martini for $35.
No bookings. No overthinking. Just Sips N’ Snacks, on loop.
