Meet Chef Patrick — An all-rounder in the Bacar kitchen. With four years in the industry and five months at Bacar, his cooking is driven by heart, flavour and family.
A little about Chef Patrick:
Specialty: Italian-inspired comfort dishes, with a focus on handmade pasta and baked classics
Inspiration: Childhood memories of watching cooking shows on TV sparked his love for the kitchen
What he loves most about cooking: Preparing food for his loved ones and sharing moments around the table
Signature dishes: Chorizo calamarata pasta, vongole cavatelli, lobster gnocchi, baked short rib lasagna and ricotta mushroom bakes.
For Patrick, cooking is about connection, nostalgia and bringing people together through honest, comforting food.
