The Wollombi Pantry was a coffee shop located at Shop 7/214 Memorial Ave, Ettalong Beach. It was founded by Simon who had previously been creating a range of sauces utilizing the flavors of the Semillon and Shiraz grown on his vineyard while establishing his family vineyard 'Wollombi Wines'. The handcrafted sauces were initially offered to wine tasters with cheese to freshen their palate between wines. The Hoft family resided in Pearl Beach for thirty years before relocating to Wollombi, and Simon brought a little bit of Wollombi back to the coast by opening Wollombi Pantry which served as an eclectic and cozy spot that delivered delicious coffee and more. Unfortunately, this restaurant has been permanently closed.
