We are honoured to have been part of such a meaningful and heartfelt evening celebrating Aunty Beryl’s cookbook launch last week.
We’re incredibly proud to have our butter chicken recipe featured - thoughtfully adapted with native ingredients, and grounded in a shared respect for culture, tradition and storytelling.
Catering this evening is a true coming together of community, where food bridges cultures and generations. Across both lands, recipes are more than dishes. They carry history, identity and a sense of belonging.
Congratulations Aunty Beryl on this remarkable legacy - and thank you for including us in it.
The book is available to purchase via the link in our bio.
