Tuesday night at The Kana Club at Stitch Bar was something really special… a full house, amazing energy and such a beautiful vibe all night long.
I got to share a brand new menu inspired by Fijian flavours with my own twist:
Humpty Doo Barramundi Tartare with turmeric oil & coconut cream (Fijian miti sauce)
Smoked Eggplant & Charred Bread
Fire Grilled Barra with tamarind curry sauce & coconut turmeric rice
Coconut Cake with whipped cream & salted coconut caramel sauce
The feedback has honestly blown me away — hearing guests call it the best Kana Club yet and saying the barra tartare is going to become an “Arrnott classic” filled my heart.
We also officially launched the pre-registration link for my Fiji Food Journey and I’m so grateful for the incredible response already. It was a pleasure to have the teams from Tourism Fiji, Fiji Airways and our Fijian hotel partners there supporting this exciting next chapter.
