Winter Inferno has arrived.

Our limited winter blend brings together coffees from Guatemala, Rwanda and Colombia for a layered, warming cup built for the colder months.

A washed Guatemala base brings citrus lift and stone fruit clarity, Rwanda Kanya adds apple sweetness and brown sugar depth, and a small amount of Colombia Jairo Arcila co-ferments adds berry compote, gentle spice and a little extra warmth to the finish.

Rich without being heavy, sweet without losing clarity, and warming without going full bonfire.

Tastes like: stewed apple, spiced orange, berry compote and brown sugar.

Available now online and in-store.

This week’s Staff Selection comes from Brad from our Production team, who’s been brewing Brazil, Gabriel Nunes on repeat.

“It’s become a bit of a morning ritual at the warehouse, brewing a jug for the team. What I love is how easy this coffee is to enjoy, but it still has a whole journey of flavour as you work your way through the cup.

Freshly brewed, it’s sweet and approachable, and as it cools it opens up even more. On the Moccamaster, it stays clean and balanced, and it’s the kind of filter that’s easy to love whether you’re deep into specialty coffee or just want something delicious to start the day.”

Brazil, Gabriel Nunes — available in-store and online.

This week’s Staff Selection comes from Lachie, who’s been brewing Colombia Jairo Arcila on V60 and loving how much it gives back.

“As someone who drinks V60 most days, Colombia Jairo Arcila has been an unexpected hit for my morning routine. It’s not a coffee I usually go for, but it’s shown me that complex flavours don’t always need a complex approach.

It leans into dark chocolate and a full-bodied cup — a flavour-dense way to start the day — and it (thankfully) seems to tolerate my sometimes random brewing tweaks. A slightly finer grind brings out a sweeter, lighter fruit character — more plum and blueberry — with a softer, more tea-like finish.

It’s become a welcome surprise — not just for how it tastes, but for how it rewards small changes.”
