A MESSAGE FROM HIMALAYA PENRITH ❤️

To our wonderful Penrith community,

After 15 incredible years, today we are closing the doors of Himalaya Penrith.

It is difficult to put into words what these 15 years have meant to me and my family. What started as a restaurant became such a big part of our lives. We have spent countless days and nights here, met so many beautiful people, watched families grow, celebrated birthdays, weddings and special occasions, and made friendships that will stay with us forever.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible love and support we have received from the Penrith community.

To every person who walked through our doors, ordered a meal, celebrated an occasion with us, recommended us to friends and family, left us a kind review, or simply stopped by to say hello — thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

After 15 long years in hospitality, I feel that the time has come for me to take a break, slow down and spend more time looking after myself and my family.

But while one chapter is closing, another one is beginning.

We aren’t leaving Penrith.

The younger boys in our family are taking over the location and starting their own journey with Fried Panthers — bringing something completely different and exciting to Penrith.

As a father, I am very proud to see the next generation stepping forward and building something of their own. I only ask our wonderful community to please show them the same love and support that you have shown me and Himalaya over all these years.

Support them, give them a chance, share their business with your friends and family, and hopefully watch them create their own story in Penrith.

From myself, Jamil, and the entire Himalaya Penrith family — thank you for an unforgettable 15 years.
