Surly's American Tavern is an American and barbecue joint located in the bustling area of Surry Hills, Sydney. Established in 2015, this dive bar serves up authentic soul food from Ole Hickory; a commercial fire-box smoker imported straight from Missouri. Here you can enjoy mouth-watering plates of ribs, beef brisket, chicken thigh and pulled pork smoked in-house over wood along with a wide range of boutique beers and exquisite cocktails including their signature Old Fashioned and Bloody Caesars. Head upstairs to Smokey's Cabin where shuffleboards and free arcade games await alongside live music on most nights.
