We have another cracking W**e Dinner coming up with the one and only PJ and Charteris W**es.
After more than 30 years in w**e, including 12 years at Brokenwood, PJ now splits his w**emaking between the Hunter Valley and Central Otago, producing small-batch, site-driven Semillon, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Riesling and Pinot Noir.
On October 8, PJ joins us at Kipling’s to pour the w**es, tell the stories behind them and take us through two regions he knows incredibly well. Four courses, matched Charteris w**es and a chance to hear directly from one of the industry’s most experienced w**emakers.

IT’S BACK
We’re having another party! Last year we had so much fun pouring w**e all night for you that we knew we’d have to do it again.
A venue full of w**e stalls hosted by our nearest and dearest w**e friends that help bring the Kipling’s w**e list to life, an aged & rare stall brought to you from the depths of our very own cellar (if you missed the 87’ grange last year we have you covered this year), we’re bringing back the blind w**e tasting competition and Ryuji is whipping out the big Brazilian BBQ to accompany all the great w**e on offer.
Doors open from 5:00pm, grab a ticket and pop in when you can!

Don’t miss this specially curated four-course w**e dinner on Thursday, June 18. An evening built around the bold, timeless pairing of Barolo & Bistecca.
Hosted by Claudio Viberti of Viberti Giovanni, this intimate dinner showcases a selection of his exceptional w**es from Barolo and surrounds.
Each course has been thoughtfully designed to complement the structure, depth and elegance of these w**es, culminating in a bistecca-led main that leans into the richness and tradition of Northern Italy.

Missed out on our Shaw + Smith Dinner? Well we have something special in store for April!
This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Judgment of Paris W**e Tasting,
The legendary blind tasting where Californian w**es defeated some of France’s most prestigious bottles, forever shifting the global w**e landscape.
To celebrate, Kipling’s Garage Bar will host a special w**e dinner on April 22.
Hosted by industry stalwarts Andrés Aragón MS, Nick Barlow (Pure W**e Co.), and Jan Taborsky (Origines W**es).
The evening will explore Old World vs New World through twelve w**es across four brackets, comparing bottles from the US, Europe, and Australia (and maybe a little ch*****ne).
Expect standout w**es from Napa Valley, Bordeaux, Burgundy and New South Wales.
All w**es will be paired with an exceptional four-course menu by Head Chef Ryuji Yashiki.

For the wine bar and tapas bar & restaurant at Eastern Road in Sydney, if you plan to use public transport, the nearest train station is about a 10-minute walk away, which is located at Potts Point. You may take any train that stops at Potts Point Station. After exiting the station, walk towards Ward Avenue and turn right onto Ward Avenue. Continue walking straight until you reach Eastern Road on your left. Turn left onto Eastern Road and walk for another 2 minutes until you reach the wine bar and tapas bar & restaurant.
If you prefer driving instead, there are street parking options available along Eastern Road or surrounding streets. Parking may be limited during peak hours so do allow extra time for finding a parking spot.
