🌞 🌞 WELL IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! 🌞 🌞
After the rain forced us to postpone our first Family Fun Day, the sun certainly made up for it the second time around, and WOW, did our community show up!
Oscar Kami and OP Productions kept everyone entertained, the addition of the giant inflatable slide was a hit, the petting zoo brought plenty of pats, and of course, everyone's favourite, the teacup ride and face painting, had queues of eager riders!
There were plenty of delicious treats to keep everyone happy too and our good old sausage sizzle raised an incredible $2,000 for PCYC St George — a fantastic result for a great cause!
Add in our wonderful market stallholders, a fantastic atmosphere and a whole lot of community spirit, and it was definitely a great day out.
A HUGE thank you to everyone who came along and supported the event and please enjoy a small fun snippet of the beautiful day that was.

More than just footy colours 💛🏉
Last Friday, our venues came together to support Footy Colours Day and help raise funds for kids with cancer and their families. It’s a cause close to many hearts, and one we’re proud to support through our Societie Matters initiative.
We’ll be raising funds for the Fight Cancer Foundation throughout October, so next time you’re in, ask one of our friendly team members how you can donate 🥰

Another year and another great day with our amazing team who took part in the SSMRF - St George & Sutherland Medical Research Foundation 2026 Beachside Dash, joining the biggest year yet with 1,800 participants. Whether it was to set a PB or just enjoy a stroll on such a beautiful morning along our stunning coastline, the common goal was to support vital medical research for our local Hospitals.
Together, our awesome community raised over $100,000 to help fund life-changing breakthroughs and better health outcomes. We also hope everyone enjoyed our Revive Station that provided needed hydration after a warm morning run 💙

We feel so blessed to hear of our very own Sallianne Faulkner, President of Ramsgate RSL and the broader Societie Group, securing a prominent spot as 20 of the most influential figures shaping the future of Sydney’s St George and Sutherland Shire.
Sallianne's extensive portfolio of top-tier leadership roles across major sporting, community, and commercial organisations include:
⭐Chair and President of Netball NSW - from humble days of playing Junior Netball to heading up one of the state's largest sporting bodies.
⭐President of the Ramsgate RSL Memorial Club and sits on the board of ClubsNSW. Her focus on strong corporate governance and community facilities has made her an influential figure in the region's hospitality and social landscape.
⭐General Manager of the Bayside Women's Shelter, a local charity that provides crisis accommodation and support services to women and families fleeing domestic violence and homelessness.

To get to the bar & grill located on Chuter Avenue in Sydney, there are a few options for transportation. If you prefer public transport, you can take the train to one of the nearby stations and catch a bus or walk to your destination. Alternatively, if you choose to drive, there are parking options available.
If taking public transport, take the train to either Rockdale or Kogarah Station. From there, you can transfer to a bus heading towards Chuter Avenue. Alternatively, it's possible to walk from either station which takes approximately 25 minutes from Rockdale Station and 30 minutes from Kogarah Station.
For those who prefer driving or need a taxi service, getting off at General Holmes Drive and following along M5 will bring you near the location. Parking is available all around the area with street parking being present as well as private car parks located adjacent to the club premises.
Once arriving at your destination on Chuter Avenue in Sydney, enjoy your time at this popular bar & grill establishment.
