Our brand new Kingfish, sunrise lime, shiso entrée is the perfect summer dish available from January 30th✨
Our Hiramasa Kingfish Entrée is delicately dry-aged for 10-14 days, revealing a clean, buttery texture with incredible depth.
Finely diced and paired with nashi pear, finger lime and chives, it’s elevated with sunrise lime kosho, pickled daikon, black lime and wild garlic flowers, finished with a bright drizzle of sunrise lime ponzu.
Naturally gluten free and designed to be savoured!
