A juicy grilled beef patty stacked with double American cheese, crispy bacon, golden onion rings, lettuce & pickles, finished with smoked aioli, BBQ sauce and the star of the show — our house-made Caramelised Onion & Charred Pineapple Jam. 🍍🔥
We slowly caramelise the onions, char the pineapple, then finish it with butter and brown sugar for that perfect balance of smoky, sweet & savoury.

We slowly caramelise onions for hours, blend them with charred pineapple to create our own signature jam, then stack it with crispy bacon, double American cheese, golden onion rings, our juicy 180g grilled beef patty, smoked aioli and BBQ sauce.

Every Tokyo Tide features our thick, handcrafted shrimp patty, made fresh in-house from real shrimp and cuttlefish. We hand-cut the seafood, prepare every patty ourselves, and coat each one to order—creating a juicy, chunky bite packed with real seafood in every mouthful.
Finished with our house-made Honey Wasabi Emulsion, fresh red onion, crisp lettuce, and a delicate touch of XO sauce, all served on our signature black sesame milk bun.
