Eat with Nico, episode one: the hummus.
Chickpeas, tahini, lemon, extra virgin olive oil. Nothing else, nothing rushed. Made in our kitchen every day, creamy through the middle with a little crunch on top, served warm with our Pidesi focaccia to drag through it.
