It’s FESTA day! 🤩
Come down to Norton Street from 10am to celebrate our 40th Norton Street Italian Festa with us. ❤️💚🤍
🐶 Fur kids are welcome on a lead, as long as they are friendly with other pooches & looked after by owners (we even have some dog friendly stalls down near the park)
🎡 There’s rides and games for the kids at Pioneer Memorial Park
🎵 We have 2 stages this year! The main one up near Town Hall by Co.As.It. And the other down there the park. Make sure you stop by both.
🛍️ We have hundreds of stalls lining Norton Street and lots of businesses who are there 24/7, please check them all out.
🍝 Come hungry, bring a hat and enjoy a beautiful day - buona giornata 🇮🇹

FESTA TURNS 40 THIS SUNDAY! 🇮🇹
The Norton Street Italian Festa is taking over Leichhardt’s Little Italy for its 40th anniversary, and it’s FREE to attend. 🙌
📍 Norton Street, Leichhardt (Marion St to William St)

What’s on 👇
🎡 Family zone with carnival rides, jumping castles, an animal farm, pony rides plus Co.As.It. will offer face painting, arts & crafts at their stall near the main stage
🍝 Enjoy amazing food, drinks and desserts ALL DAY
🛍️ 170+ stalls with food, coffee, gelato, Italian wares abd handmade goodies
🚗 Auto Festa with classic and modern Italian cars and motorbikes
🎶 Live music, including Italian jazz duo Majazzter and vocalist David Pacini, flying in from Italy on the Co.As.It. stage plus Italian Opera on our second stage down their the park (1.30pm)
🍸 Lily Field Distillery Co pop-up bar
💡 Roads and bus stops around Norton St are closed, so catch the L1 light rail to Leichhardt North and walk.

We are so lucky to have Italian Opera being sung this Sunday at our 40th Norton Street Italian Festa. 🇮🇹
At our second stage down Norton Street near Pioneer Memorial Park and William St you can catch talented tenor and his Soprano at 1.30pm. 🎶 ❤️

🎵 A NEW music stage which is part of the Local Taste Makers Outdoor Bar Area (this is in addition to the stage you’re used to that’s up at Town Hall, this one will be down by the park)
WHATS ON:
🎸 One hour set by The NSW Police Band. Their band has 10 musicians and will play a mix of hits and Italian songs.
🎤 A set by Australian Opera Star and his Soprano who will perform Classic Italian Opera Songs.
Two sets by international touring and recording artist Phillip Johnston and his band. Among their sets will include Italian classics.
In the area you can also enjoy the local breweries and distilleries. 🍹
