🇮🇹 What an incredible day, Leichhardt! 🇮🇹
A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate all things Italian at this year’s Norton Street Italian Festa! 🎉 With police estimating a massive 180,000 people filling Norton Street, it was an unforgettable day of food, family, music, and community spirit.
From the Auto Festa to the kids’ zone, cooking demos, live performances, and of course — all the delicious Italian food — you helped make the day one to remember. ❤️
We can’t wait to do it all again next year!

The Le Montage By Navarra Culinary Stage is serving up a delicious lineup of live cooking demonstrations from 10 AM to 5 PM 🍽️ The stage showcases some of the best names in the culinary world, from chefs, to pasticciere and chocolatiers, who will be joined by the incredible Anna Simon and special guest host, Salvatore Coco.
Be one of the first 60 people at each session to enjoy free tastings of the delicious dishes prepared live on stage and complementary drinks! The Norton Street Italian Festa is a fantastic day this Sunday 26th October 2025 from 10am to 5pm and it’s a busy one!
Here are our suggestions on how to get here and where to park:
🚊 light rail and buses (buses will be diverted off Norton St)
🏡 Surrounding streets will have limited spots and time limits/restrictions can apply

♿️ Disabled Parking – there are 4 disabled parking places in the Council car park on Marion St, behind Leichhardt Town Hall

🪩 Street party on Carlisle street with live music all day and a band 12-3pm, Dj + Saxophone combo 3-5pm, DJ 5pm-7pm. Inside the pub in public bar we have Ziggy McNeil performing 3-6.30pm.
