When it comes directly from the water to the kitchen, the flavour stays clean, the texture stays firm, and the quality speaks tor itselt.

There’s a difference when it’s live. Our king crab is cooked fresh from the tank, revealing soft, naturally sweet meat that needs very little to shine.

You choose how it’s prepared and what you’d like to enjoy it with, though we recommend it tossed through noodles with XO sauce for a rich, savoury finish that brings out the crab’s natural sweetness.
