STACKED 01: BANANA CREAM PANCAKES 🍌🥞
Welcome to STACKED, where we show you easy ways to level up your pancakes your own using our mix.
THE BANANA WHIPPED CREAM RECIPE🍌
2-3 Bananas
12g Sugar
Pinch of salt
30ml Water
300ml Thickened cream
Blend the bananas, sugar, salt and water until you have a thick purée. Whisk together with thickened cream until stiff peak and set aside. (Use an electric whisk if your don’t want a dead arm 😂)
THE BLUEBERRY COMPOTE 🫐
Blueberries
Sugar
Lemon juice
Add everything to a pot and reduce until thick.
TOASTED WALNUTS
Toast walnuts in the oven at 180°C for 8 minutes.
THE PANCAKES 🥞
Leaf Cafe & Co Original Pancake Mix
Milk of choice or water
Prepare the mix according to the packet instructions. Cook over medium-high heat for 1–2 minutes on each side, or until golden.
BUILD YOUR STACK
Stack your pancakes, spoon over the banana cream and blueberry compote, then finish with toasted walnuts.
