On Thursday 18 June 2026, together with Southern Water Legal, we are incredibly proud to host the 3rd annual Women Supporting Women event here in our gardens and dining room! 🌸🕊️✨
This professional networking fundraiser is built entirely to support the crucial, life-changing work of The Family Co, an outstanding local organisation helping women and children escape domestic violence and rebuild their lives with safety and dignity.
The response from our neighbourhood has been truly extraordinary. Last year alone, over 220 professional women joined us under our high ceilings, and across the past 2 years we have collectively raised $154000. The success of this initiative has even been formally recognised in NSW Parliament.
We are proud sponsors of the night, donating our beautiful venue, our staff, and our kitchen's finest food. We anticipate welcoming more than 220 attendees again, and we hope to make an even greater impact.

For our Head Chef Ben White, the journey to Hazel started right here in Gymea. He grew up just down the road from our gardens, but spent the last 15 years cooking on elite superyachts across the globe and refining his craft in the legendary kitchen at Aria Restaurant.
Now, he is back where his story began.
Ben's culinary philosophy is unpretentious and direct: use the best local produce to create Modern Australian dishes that simply make you smile with influences from around the world. When he is not standing over the pass, you will find him listening to everything from Pink Floyd to Tool, or playing 1 of his 20 guitars.
