We have added two new botanical cocktails to the menu, using premium native gins from our partners at .

The Lilly Pilly Sour is a clean, tart drink that balances their Lilly Pilly pink gin with fresh-squeezed lemon juice and organic agave. It is light, refreshing, and perfect for an afternoon on the deck.

The Violette Spritz is a lighter, floral pour mixing Massenez crème de violettes with clean Manly gin and sparkling cuvée.

Meet Mads ✨

There's a certain kind of person who sees the world a little differently. Mads is one of them. 🌿
With a background spanning over a decade in fashion alongside some of Australia's leading designers, and years spent travelling the world photographing iconic music artists, creativity has never just been Mads' career. It's the lens through which she experiences everything.
When she's not creating, you'll find her somewhere in nature, chasing the sun or sleeping under the stars.

Mads believes the best moments are often the simplest ones, shared with the people you love. It's exactly why she found her home in events, where the memories made in a single day stay with people for a lifetime. That's something she never takes for granted.

We're so lucky to have her here at Hazel 🤍
