IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
It is with tremendous sadness that we inform you that Hadassa Kosher Butchery and Katzy's have both ceased trading with immediate effect.
In addition to the impact on our businesses of COVID, staff shortages, supply chain issues, and substantial increases in the price of beef and lamb, the recent closure of NSW’s only kosher-certified abattoir has left us without a reliable meat supply.
We simply cannot continue to trade under current conditions and therefore have no option but to close.
We are enormously grateful to KA NSW; our dependable, reliable and long-serving staff in both Bondi and Kirrawee; our suppliers; and the community.
Thank you for your support.
