H E J H E J ✖️ Fika might look like coffee, buns and princess cake on the surface… but behind it all are three women who started this adventure together back in 2013.
We had a simple idea: bring Swedish food culture to Sydney. Somehow that turned into a whole world of bakeries, cafes, traditions, events and a community we love being part of.
Over the years Fika has grown… and so have our lives. Between running the business we’ve also all become mums, which means our days now involve equal parts meetings, bun chats and daycare pick-ups.
And through it all we’re still best friends, running a company together during the week and spending weekends together with our families, soaking up Sydney life.
We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built and endlessly grateful for the support from our team, customers and community who’ve been part of the journey.
