HERBERT’S BOWL – A colourful bowl of zucchini, beetroot, feta, quinoa, yellow tomatoes, chickpeas, fresh herbs, chilli and crunchy seeds, all tossed in an oregano dressing. Fresh, vibrant and seriously delicious!
ROAST BEEF – A little Swedish summer on a plate! Tender roast beef with Swedish-style potato salad, asparagus, remoulade, capers, radishes and crispy shallots. Creamy, tangy and oh-so-good.
