A giant cake for a “80’s prom night” themed 50th. Such a fun cake to make and assembled on site - I was dreading transporting it in one piece as was the client! Top tier was gluten free chocolate mud, middle two were white chocolate mud. A real showstopper and such a fun cake to make. Design was from a picture provided by the birthday girl of a cake by who is in Melbourne so unable to make this fabulous creation for my client!

Hard to get an understanding of how big this bikkie was, as the cake for someone who prefers a bikkie! I had to make a giant (4 litre) cup of tea to match the size of the choc Nutella biscuit with mum of the birthday boy’s hand for scale. One batch that will normally make around 40 biscuits made one biscuit!
