Starting strong with oysters, warm focaccia and king prawns before a series of indulgent mains — slow-cooked turkey, barramundi, pressed lamb shoulder. Our favourite accomplice, crispy duck fat potatoes make an appearance. The finale? Italian pavlova and Gowings Christmas gingerbread.

SPRITZ N’ SOUNDS💋
Parlour’s chic afternoon obsession returns on October 8 with six limited-edition Four Pillars spritzes, a new cast of snacks (Les nuggets with caviar, say less) and DJs spinning as the city slips into golden hour every Thursday and Friday.
Daily from 4-6pm, all spritzes pour for $12 and arrive with a special complimentary snack.

Fashion takes the floor first, with INFLUHKS and Little Lagos bringing a piece of Lagos to Sydney. Later in the month, Perrier Jouët leads the way through QT Sydney for a one-night takeover, while Four Pillars joins Parlour for Spritz N’ Sounds. $12 spritzes daily from 4-6pm, no notes.
Above the city at Gowings Bar, The Midday Edit continues with weekly $25 pasta. Damn good pasta without the lunchtime overthinking.
