Join us for our first Poetry Workshop at Billi’s!
What do coastlines, trees, clouds and broccoli all have in common? And what could possibly lie at the heart of a Venn diagram between poetry and mathematics?

Venture to discover the answer to these riddles in our one-off Poetry Workshop. Expert fractal verse poet Deborah Marcus will be teaching us how to identify fractals in nature, help us to unpack examples in contemporary literature, and then guide us through the creation of our very own fractal poems. No previous experience in either poetry or mathematics is required — we welcome anyone interested to join! 📐🖌️📚

To get to Blues Point Road in Sydney, you can take the train to North Sydney station and walk down Blue Street until you reach Blues Point Road. Alternatively, you can catch a bus from Wynyard Station that travels down Miller Street and alight at the McMahons Point stop on Blues Point Road. If driving, there is on-street parking available but it may be limited during peak times. Paid parking is available at the nearby car park off Carabella Street as well.
