We wanted to share some highlights from our farewell party on Friday night. Filled with fun and laughter and great way to say thankyou to our community. We included some highlights of our speech as well.

> Stamatia Giannaklis, - she was our first cook, who had the remarkable talent of duplicating our recipes to perfection.

>Vaggelis, her husband who was on call for every little or big maintenance problem we had.

> Poppy Loudaros - our dear friend, who has helped us since day one with catering. When we sent the SOS she always came to our rescue.

> Diane Psaros - for her dedication and being full of energy to take on any position she was needed.

> Nick Grapsias - our main supplier who never let us down when in need. He was faster than a pizza delivery!

> Michael Fresh - for his very fresh produce that enhanced our dishes, always delivered with a smile.

> The Tawk Butchery - for his high quality meat which contributed to the amazing flavours of our dishes.

> To our beloved mother Petroula, who inspired us and would always show up, support and love us.

Our shop will close permanently on the 31st October 2025

After 20 years of serving our community with authentic, tasty and healthy Mediterranean food, we have reached a time where we want to turn our efforts inward - towards our children and grandchildren.

We are eternally grateful for your patronage over the last 20 years and wish you all the best for the future.

To get to Sarsfield Cirt in Sydney, you can take the train or bus to Parramatta Station and then transfer to the T6 Carlingford Line towards Carlingford. Get off at Rosehill Station and walk southeast along James Ruse Drive towards Hassall Street. Turn right onto Hassall Street and continue until you reach Sarsfield Circuit.

If driving, take Victoria Road and turn left onto James Ruse Drive. Continue straight until you reach Sarsfield Circuit. Parking is available on the street or in nearby parking lots.
