Ponzu is a Japanese citrus soy sauce: tangy, savoury and light. It adds a bright, zesty layer to the fish without covering it, and thin slices soak it up in every bite.
With chives and a touch of sweet potato, each piece gets a little extra.

To keep our dear customers in the loop: we have decided that both units, Rosebery and North Curl Curl, remain open and rolling as usual until we are ready to open the new doors.
The new Rosebery space is almost ready. We will share the opening date with you very soon, we promise. 🤍

Even the team can’t keep this one quiet for much longer 👀
If you dined in with us these last few days, you might’ve caught a spoiler or two.
In a couple of weeks Rosebery is getting a new Sensei home with a new dine in concept… we can tell you the renovation has been going in full speed, the nee place is taking shape, furniture is arriving … sooo much newness!
So here’s a little game: we’re about to open up our camera roll in a carousel with photos from the new place build. Think you will be able to recognise the before and after? 🥋
For now we are keeping our firs Rosebery unit open so you don’t have to miss us too much in the transition ❤️‍🔥
