A huge congratulations to Padam on receiving an Excellent Customer Service Award, after being nominated by his manager for the outstanding care he shows our customers every day. 👏☕️
If you know our Lane Cove store, you probably know Padam. Customers love him so much that when he spots regulars crossing the road, he’s already making their coffee before they even walk through the door. At this point, some people are convinced he can read minds. 😂
One customer recently injured his arm, so Padam carried his coffee out to the car for him. The customer later came back and said, “That man is the best.”
It’s acts of kindness like these, combined with his genuine care for every customer, that make Padam such a valued part of our team and our Lane Cove community.
Congratulations, Padam – this award is incredibly well deserved! 🎉🙌

A massive congratulations to our Northwood (Longueville) store team, particularly our Manager Martin, for taking out the Australian convenience industry’s highest honour… firstly the Independent Store of the Year and then to our even greater surprise and honour to take out Overall Australian Store of the Year across all categories 20 mins later!
To our amazing team who do a brilliant job executing our offer in store everyday, THANK YOU! You do an amazing job and it’s a true delight to work with you every day!
I believe that puts us into contention in the World Convenience Store awards later this year. Quite the accolade for our humble business from humble beginnings!
Being an Independent in this market is tough at the best of times…never more so than now! Fuel security is a massive issue for us (and for the country) and we’re in for a real bumpy ride! I took the opportunity of an impromptu microphone moment to remind the 750 people in the room that BOTH independents and corporates need to make it to the other side of this monumental fuel issue!

To get to Pacific Highway in Sydney using public transport, you can take a train to North Sydney station and then transfer to a bus that travels along Pacific Highway. Alternatively, you can take a ferry to Milsons Point Wharf and walk or catch a bus from there.
If you prefer driving, you can take the M1 motorway towards Sydney and then merge onto the Warringah Freeway. Take the exit towards North Sydney/Milsons Point and continue onto Pacific Highway. There are various parking options available along Pacific Highway, including street parking and paid parking lots.
