Hi Everyone, This is Henry and Lily here from Brainwave. As Sydney heads towards opening up. We have some operating changes to announce. Due to recent lockdowns, our restaurant, like many others restaurants out there, are experiencing staff shortages to be able to offer full time operation. Also the local tertiary education will not be back from remote learning until next year. In consideration of these factors, we have decided to merge with Kindness Vegan]]] in Darlinghurst and added our Brainwave Menu to Kindness Vegan menu for lunch on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. You will still be able to enjoy your favourite lunches from Brainwave now at Kindness Vegan. The Ultimo restaurant will be TEMPORARILY CLOSED for now. We kindly ask all our customers for their continued support now at Kindness Vegan]]] and follow both and Kindness Vegan]]] for updates. As many of you already know, Henry and I are originally from IT industry. Over the years, we both developed a strong desire to follow our passion and calling to a more compassionate and ethical lifestyle. Taking the plunge in December 2017, we took over Brainwave and converted their existing menu to a vegetarian menu with the intention of becoming a full vegan venue. By end of 2018, we removed all dairy milk and eggs from the venue to become a fully vegan restaurant and we have never looked back since. This current merge will offer our Brainwave customers and Kindness customers a greater range of vegan food choices whilst we work with the uncertainty of the economy and reopening of the Ultimo café. So therefore, starting from the 15th October, most of the brainwave lunch menu will be available to order at Kindness Vegan in Darlinghurst during their lunch time on Friday, Sat & Sunday.
