INDU INDU is a contemporary sri lankan restaurant located on George Street, offering a modern interpretation of Southern Indian and Sri Lankan village culture through their flavors and hospital. The restaurant is known for its signature dish DOSA, which is a thin pancake-like batter made from fermented lentils and mung beans. Additionally, INDU also offers vegan options, including their upcoming vegan night event. The food is prepared by the experienced chefs Erry and Ali who bring passion and flair to every dish they create. Spiced, served & soon to be signed off 🥲 After nearly a decade, INDU will be closing its doors at 350 George Street. With our lease coming to an end, the time feels right to step away from our underground oasis. This space has been more than just a restaurant—it’s been a home, a celebration, a place where countless memories were made over shared meals and laughter.

While our journey here is wrapping up, the story of INDU isn’t over. We’re taking stock, looking ahead, and will keep you updated on what’s next.
