Did you know that May 28 was International Burger Day?
We love a classic burger and have just added a brand new 'Smash Burger' to our lunch menu for all the burger fans out there.
Here's our Smash Burger recipe to get your weekend taste buds tingling...
Take two sumptuous prime beef grilled burger patties and lightly grill it on the pan until the three thick slices of extra tasty cheese completely surrounds it and melts through the centre.
Lift that delicious stack onto a locally baked sesame milk bun with lightly grilled onion, mustard and fresh pickles with a generous serve of SSP
burger sauce on top.
Served with a side of freshly cooked chips and you have the perfect lunch by the harbour... well almost.
Absolute perfection would be the inclusion of one of our new beer tasting paddles.
If that doesn't get you craving a burger... nothing will :)

If you're planning to visit a seafood restaurant and diner located at New S Head Road in Sydney, there are different ways to get there depending on your preferred mode of transportation.
Using public transport, you can take the train to Bondi Junction Station or the bus to Vaucluse Road near Wentworth Road. From either of these locations, you can walk towards New South Head Road until you reach your destination.
If driving, take New South Head Road towards Sydney's eastern suburbs. The restaurant is located on the north side of the road just before O'Sullivan Road. Street parking is available but limited, so be prepared to park a few blocks away during peak hours.
Alternatively, if you prefer a more convenient parking option, there is a parking garage located just across the street from the restaurant.
