Week 1 of our Spanish Wine Series, celebrating Eat Spain Drink Spain Australia with 🍷🇪🇸

Over four weeks, we’re travelling from Spain’s cool Atlantic coast towards its warmer, drier interior and northeast, with the wines becoming more textured and generous as we go.

First stop: Rías Baixas, Galicia. Winemakers and of source this Albariño from plots around northern Meaño and nearby Ribadumia, planted in granitic, sandy soils.

Bright and beautifully precise, with green apple, citrus, subtle florals and a long, stony mineral finish.

Available by the glass, best paired with our Anchovies & Grilled Capsicum.
